Return Policy

During the Covid 19 Pandemic Kookaburra Bird Shop has a No Refunds/Exchanges Policy to protect our employees & clients.

If you receive a defective or damaged item during shipping, please contact us at kook@kookshop.com within 48 hours of date received with details of the product and the defect/damage including photos. We will evaluate on a case by case basis and either refund the payment method used or ship a replacement item.
